VOLUME 03

Leaf is filled with nerves after he finds out that Maggie and Lena have entered

their band into a talent show! He’s never sang in front of a crowd before and everyone is going to be there! So after meeting Mr. Hiraishi’s maneki-neko, Tora, Leaf decides to “borrow” her for good luck at the show. And quickly loses her! Will Maggie, Lena, and Leaf be able to find Tora and return her to the corner store before they go onstage? Will Leaf find the courage he needs in order to perform? Lucky Stars is a story about showing up

for each other and how we’re not as alone as we may think we are.
