Where do you ship packages?
Currently items are only available to be shipped within the United States. We are working on expanding shipping internationally.
When do you ship packages?
Packages will be shipped out once a week from Los Angeles, California.
How long will my order take to get to me?
Please allow for 1-2 weeks shipping time.
I made a mistake on my shipping address, can I fix it?
Unfortunately, I will not be able to make any edits to an address once the order is placed. Please triple check your shipping address before checking out!
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Unfortunately, unless there's something that went horribly wrong with your order I cannot accept returns or exchanges. Please notify me through my contact form here about your order and I'll do what I can!
What happens if my package is sent back to you/returned to sender?
Please notify me through my contact form here! I can send the package back but shipping fees must be repaid. Please triple check your address before checking out.
Do you add receipts with the package?
I do not for the purpose of saving paper
Do you sell wholesale?
Yes! I sell large quantities of my items at a wholesale price to storefronts. Please message me through my contact form here to discuss details.
